Gemma arterton
Gemma Christina Arterton is an English actress who has been known for her role in films, such as 'Quantum of Solace', 'The Reappearance of Alice Creed' and 'Hansel And Gretel: Witch Hunters'. She was born in Gravesend (Kent), Greater London She studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. After completing her studies at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art She began her professional career by playing supporting actress in the comedy "St Trinian's'. She appeared shortly after in "Quantum of Solace" which was a James Bond spy thriller. It was a typical film which was generally mediocre reviewers. She was then the main female role in the fantasy action movie "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time". She was an assistant in the French film 'Orphan.' Arterton is nominated to win several awards in her entire career one of which was she took home the Empire Award for Best Newcomer' for 'Quantum of Solace,' and the 'Evening Standard Theatre Award' for her role in the musical "Made in Dagenham'. The actress also took home the Glamour Awards for Women of the Years in 2011.
