Aunjanue Ellis
Aunjanue E. Taylor, an American stage actress and producer, is known for playing in the film Ray Undercover Brother as well as in The Mentalist. Ellis is an American actor and producer who is involved in the world of film and on television. Aunjanue L. Ellis started her acting career in the theater. Then, she appeared in television series in independent as well as mainstream films. Her most well-known role was Miranda Shaw on ABC's Quantico. Then, she made an appearance on BET's epic show The Book of Negroes. Her first professional performance was as Ariel, in The Tempest. The stage credits she has received include the Broadway show of Joe Turner's Come and Gone A Winter's Tale Drowning Crow and Seeking the Genesis. She is most well-known for her role in the series Men of Honor and The Caveman's Valentine The Express & The Help. For her work on television she's been recognized for her performance as the regular character in ABC's cop drama High Incident.
